Spring Fitness offers members a private room, separate from the main gym floor to use for Crossfit, stretching, core work, and small group exercise classes. This room is fully equipped with exercise mats, stability balls, jump ropes, medicine balls, BOSU, etc. for all of your fitness needs. With our newly renovated room, our members now have twice the space to achieve all of their core related fitness goals.
This room is also used for our small group exercise classes. Instead of getting lost in a large room full of people our Group Exercise room allows our instructors to be more attentive to your individual fitness levels. We know that everyone is not at the same fitness level. By limiting our group class size (3-10 members) our instructors can work with members who may be at a lower fitness level at the same time they are challenging our more conditioned members.
